- You can contact the Membership Department of MXV or contact directly MXV’s Trading member directly.

- MXV’s Trading Member will be directly responsible for opening your accounts.

- Different items traded on MXV will have different margin levels. Depending on what item you wish to trade, you will have to deposit the appropriate margin.

- Customers will be instructed by MXV’s Trading Member to deposit and withdraw money on the trading system

- Customers will be using trading software packages provided by MXV.

- The transaction time follows the trading times of Exchanges from around the world (depends on each item).

- When customers have any problems with their account, please contact the Trading Member opening accounts for customers. If the problem is still not solved, customers can contact the Membership Department of MXV.
