Decision on handling violations against Hitech Finance Joint Stock Company
On December 13, 2023, Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam (MXV) issued a Decision on handling violations againist Hitech Finance Joint Stock Company (Business member number: 036).
The main content of the Decision is as follows:
- Business member number 036 violated MXV's regulations of trading;
- The General Director of MXV has isueed a decision to handle violations of Business member number 036 in the following form:
