On August 29, 2024, Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam (MXV) issued a Decision on handling violations againist MXL International Commodity Trading Joint Stock Company (Business member number: 039).

The main content of the Decision is as follows:

• Business member number 039 violated MXV's regulations of trading; 
• The General Director of MXV has isueed a decision to handle violations of Business member number 039 in the following form:
