On January 26, 2024, Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam (MXV) issued a Decision on handling violations againist Saigon Invest Commodity Trading Joint Stock Company (Business member number: 027).

The main content of the Decision is as follows:

• Business member number 027 violated the regulations on MXV's financial obligations;
• The General Director of MXV has isueed a decision to handle violations of Business member number 027 in the following form: 
  • Partial suspension of operations
